I really liked the design and style of the blouses I purchased, however, I was very disappointed with the quality of the buttons/snaps. Unfortunately, after the very first wash, the buttons and collar snaps got detached and damaged, which made the blouses unwearable.
I only got to wear each blouse once, and I paid 20 JOD for each – which makes it frustrating to have to throw them away now. I’ve attached photos for your reference.
I hope you can look into this quality issue for future collections, as I would love to keep shopping from your store but need to feel confident about the durability of the items.
