Where we ship
We deliver across all of Jordan and to the Gulf region: Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and Egypt.

Delivery times

• Jordan: 2–3 working days
• Gulf & Egypt: 3–7 working days

Orders are dispatched through trusted local and international shipping partners.

Shipping costs

• Jordan: 3 JOD, added at checkout
• Gulf & Egypt: shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout based on your country

Payment
Cash on delivery and card payment are available for orders within Jordan. International orders are paid securely by card at checkout.

Lost parcels
In the rare case a parcel is lost in transit, you are fully covered and will receive a refund.

Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled at any time before delivery. After an order is placed, our team will try to reach you for up to 5 days to confirm and complete delivery. If we are unable to reach you within this period, the order will be cancelled.
