Shipping

You will receive your DWEGO order within 2-3 working days to Jordan. And within 3-7 days to KSA, UAE.

Our packages are sent with an Internal, international shipping company.

 

Shipping And Delivery Cost

Jordan :  3 JOD will be added to your cart as a shipping cost

KSA AND UAE:  14 JOD will be added to your cart as a shipping cost

 

Lost Orders, has your package lost? 

Then you are assured up that you will get the money back.

 

Order Cancellation Requests

Orders can be CANCELLED at any time before DELIVERY only in Jordan..

For the rest of the countries, the CANCELLATION must be done before sending the shipment from our side to the shipping companies.

 

Return/Exchange (exclusively in Jordan )

Are the garments not quite to your taste or is the size not right?

No problem! You can return your order within 14 days through normal pricing and within 7 days through discounts and offers period and shipping will be at your own expense.

To be eligible for a return/Exchange, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To place a Return/Exchange request for an order or a product placed with DWEGO, you would need to sign in to your DWEGO account > orders > make a return request of the items you need to return, for any further information contact us via email at info@dwego.com or at mobile +962771200400.
  •            Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will schedule a pick up to the items you wish to Exchange and will further arrange it by contacting You.
  •          Once Products are received at our facilities, DWEGO will add a store credit with the total eligible amount of the Exchanged Products/order and provide You with it via email.  you can use it to place future orders, it is eligible for all products, and has no expiry date.

·        Shipping, Delivery, Customs, and Clearance costs are non-refundable.

Note:

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, the return costs are of course on us. We would really appreciate it if you could send us a message with a photo of what is wrong with the item, so that we can find a suitable solution together!

 

Refunds (Conditional)

DWEGO does not allow refunds except if

  • Damaged Product (EX. Ripped, Sewing Issues, or any manufacturer defects)
  • Receiving the wrong Product (DWEGO’s Error)
  • If the Product didn't meet our online store description (EX. Wrong Color, description or any manufacturer defects)

Except for the conditions above, DWEGO has the full right to reject the Return-OR-Exchange request after reviewing all inputs provided regarding the case. The Return-OR-Exchange request will be considered invalid if defected returned Products turn out to be a customer caused the defect or turned out to be that the Product is consumed or was used by the customer.

-        Return requests shall be placed within 24 hours of the order delivery. DWEGO may grant extensions to this period for some special cases and Products at its discretion.

  •      Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days and we will notify You via email of the results.

-        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for activewear and underwear categories. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
